The Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) is a financing program run by Alberta Municipalities that loans residential property owners up to $50,000 of the upfront costs of energy-efficiency and renewable energy upgrades. 

June sales in Calgary improved over May, reaching 2,197 units. Despite the monthly gains, sales were nearly four per cent lower than last year and just below the long-term average for June, largely due to pullbacks in apartment-style units. While sales are down across most price ranges so far this year, there have been gains in both the highest price ranges and the most affordable ranges across most property types.

In March, CREB® members were notified of the amendments made to the provincially harmonized rules approved by all 10 Alberta boards under Part II and III of the CREB® Rules, that take effect starting tomorrow, July 1, 2026.

Starting the week of June 15, randomly selected CREB® members began receiving an email with a link to a survey that asks questions about CREB®’s member communications and how you would like CREB® to communicate with you.
CREB® will be closed for the Canada Day statutory holiday on Wednesday, July 1. This closure extends to all of CREB®, including the Member Services Centre. Pillar 9™ Help Desk will also be closed.
