The Government of Alberta rolled out new updates to its Alberta Registry for Land Online (ARLO) on Nov. 2, 2025, introducing tools designed to make land title searches faster, easier and more intuitive for REALTORS^®.

To help ensure a secure and consistent experience, SentriLock is updating its mobile app support policy effective Nov. 3, 2025.

CREB^® members can now access neighbourhood and demographic insights on the Pillar 9™ Agent Full Display, helping match clients with communities that fit their lifestyle or investment goals.

Pillar 9 will be unavailable on Thursday, Oct. 23 from 9 p.m. to Friday, Oct. 24 at 1 a.m. to conduct updates to the basement and suite fields on the platform.

On Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, CREA’s Member Experience Centre moved its ticketing system from ServiceNow to Salesforce Service Console. The update was designed to improve user experience.
