Pillar 9™ has launched its new private AI platform, Pillar 9 Sense.

Operated within Pillar 9™'s own server infrastructure, this platform allows AI functionality around real estate solutions while maintaining control over how MLS^® System data is handled and protected.

Starting Sept. 25, members who create a listing in OnePlatform will have the option to use the new AI-powered Public Remarks Generator.

About the Public Remarks Generator

Integrated directly into OnePlatform, Pillar 9 Sense uses information already entered into a listing form to create relevant public remarks once all required listing fields have been completed, with the exception of List Date, Expiry Date and Private Remarks.

Members are encouraged to complete the listing form as thoroughly as possible to unlock the generator. Then, they can select creative, luxury or professional tones for their listings’ public remarks and identify up to 10 highlighted features they would like to emphasize.

The generated content can be edited, and members remain in control of the final remarks.

Please note: Listing information used by the Public Remarks Generator is not submitted to a public LLM service.

Practice advice

The generated remarks must continue to comply with applicable board rules, regulations and advertising policies. When generating remarks for your listing, please remember that the following CREB^® Rules still apply:

• Any required disclosure associated with the use of the word "suite" must still be included.
• Self-promotion is not permitted in public remarks.
• Personal contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs and social media handles, is not permitted.
• Agent or brokerage promotional messaging is not permitted.
• Public remarks should focus solely on the property's features, benefits and attributes.

Please note: The responsibility to maintain the accuracy of the public remarks remains with the listing agent as per CREB^® Rule Part II 6.05, which states:
A Member will not use advertising that is inaccurate, misleading or in any way misrepresents the Member’s services or the Seller’s property.

The Public Remarks Generator is intended to help members create a strong first draft and not replace the member's responsibility to review the accuracy, appropriateness and compliance of their listing content.
