Need access to a lockbox in Central Alberta? Whether you’re working with a client relocating to the region or showing a property outside Calgary, there are two ways to access Central Alberta REALTORS® Association (CARA) Supra lockboxes.
The my-eforce REALTOR® Safety app, available to all CREB® members at no cost, has introduced several updates designed to help members access safety tools faster and more discreetly while working.
This is a reminder that if you have not already enrolled in the new Matrix authentication system (Auth0) using a link that was emailed to you by Pillar 9™ earlier in March, you will be required to enroll the first time you log in to Matrix and/or CREB®Link starting March 24 (see the instructions below).
The CREB® Lobbybox program involves centralized lockboxes for apartment-style condominiums that hold the key or fob to the main door.

Matrix and OnePlatform will be unavailable on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m. due to major upgrades to their databases.
Starting March 3, Pillar 9™ is integrating Auth0, an authentication and authorization platform, as part of their efforts to enhance security measures within its system.
