If members wish to include renderings, they may be uploaded as supplements and clearly labelled as potential renderings.

Sending unsolicited messages to other members, such as copies of listings or open house notices that are available through the MLS® System, contravenes CREB® Rule Part I 5.01(b)(i).
In addition, using the MLS® System to obtain other members’ contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications constitutes unauthorized use of the MLS® System.
