CREB® refreshed these guiding statements in the 2026 to 2030 strategic plan to better reflect the path forward for our community of REALTORS®. This update is designed to ensure we remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with the evolving needs of our members.
Why refresh now?
The decision to revisit our mission, vision, and values was driven by a desire to ensure these fundamental principles accurately reflect the current realities of organized real estate and the evolving needs of our members. The updated statements are a result of careful consideration, incorporating member input and reflecting today's dynamic landscape.
