Last week the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) announced that Scott Neil would assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of REALTOR.ca on Jan. 5, 2026.

On Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, CREA’s Member Experience Centre moved its ticketing system from ServiceNow to Salesforce Service Console. The update was designed to improve user experience.

As part of CREA’s transition of REALTOR.ca to a taxable subsidiary, the CREA Technology Committee has been discontinued. In its place, REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. is launching a new committee: the REALTOR^® Advisory Committee.
