Last week, we introduced you to CREB^®’s 2026 to 2030 strategic plan. This week, we’ve released a podcast in which CREB^® Chair Susanita de Diego, Chair-Elect Matt McBean and CEO & President Alan Tennant discuss how the plan came together with input from members, brokers, staff and partners, and the three strategic goals — elevating the REALTOR^® profession, delivering member-driven services and experiences, and strengthening future readiness.

Starting Oct. 1, 2025, amendments to the provincial harmonized rules will be introduced. These updates were agreed to by all 10 Alberta real estate boards and associations to support consistency, clarity and best practices across the province. In addition, an amendment to our board-specific rules will be included in the rule updates next week.
