In light of recent dues discussion, both inside and outside CREB®, we wanted to provide you with an overview of the current status on these costs.

Meet Pillar 9 – the registered company name of Alberta One Realty Listing Services Inc. (AORLS). Soon, Pillar 9 will provide a streamlined technology experience for REALTORS®.

Due to a large agent demand and desire for the safest possible showings, ShowingTime will be updating all current listings and the default for new listings to be “No Overlapping Showings” effective Wednesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. MDT. 

Effective immediately, the Alberta Real Estate Association is prohibiting its members from hosting open houses to protect public safety in response to COVID-19.
