SentriKey Showing Service^® is now available for all CREB^® members. This new showing management tool has replaced ShowingTime™.

Here are the key things you need to know to ensure a smooth transition to the new showing service tool:

ShowingTime™ access

ShowingTime™ is available to book showings until 11:59 p.m. MST on Nov. 30.

We strongly encourage members to begin booking showings through SentriKey immediately.

Once fully migrated on Dec. 1, CREB^® and its members will no longer have access to ShowingTime™.

Current showings

Any showings scheduled up to and including Nov. 21 and to occur Nov. 22 and beyond will not be migrated to SentriKey. Members have the flexibility of managing those showings through ShowingTime™ or rescheduling them through SentriKey.

In the rare circumstance of a showing requested prior to Nov. 22 and scheduled to take place after Nov. 30, it must be rescheduled through SentriKey. ShowingTime™ will no longer be available after Nov. 30.

Historical data

ShowingTime™ has committed to provide all historical data. Pillar 9™ is creating a new location in Matrix™ where historical showing data will be available and searchable by list ID or address. The goal is to have historical data available on Matrix™ between Nov. 26 and Nov. 29. Historical data will still be available in ShowingTime™ until Nov. 30.

How to access SentriKey Showing Service^®

Agents will utilize the same SentriKey^® Real Estate mobile app (or website) for the showing service that many currently use today to open lockboxes.

Those with access to the SentriKey^® Real Estate app (or website) will see the showing service in their app. All others will need to activate their account by creating credentials via an email sent by SentriLock on Nov. 22.

Matrix™ MLS^® System integration

Like ShowingTime™, SentriKey Showing Service^® will be integrated into the Matrix™ MLS^® System, which enables real estate professionals to conveniently schedule and co-ordinate showings online.

Prospects integration

SentriKey will be integrated with Prospects, but not on day one. Prospects and SentriKey are working on the integration and anticipate it will be active in December. More information and go-live dates for this integration will be available in the coming weeks.

Training sessions

Live training sessions will continue to be provided by SentriLock online via Zoom. These one-hour training sessions are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. MST.

We encourage members to follow along in the app during the live training session for the most beneficial experience. You can attend these training sessions as many times as you wish.
