As of Sept. 24, 2024, the zoning information on REMapList™ has been updated. The auto-populated zoning data now reflects the new land use changes in Calgary following the blanket rezoning that took effect on Aug. 6, 2024.

At our April 25, 2024 AGM, I responded to the question above by saying that we in fact did propose a motion to remove the Pillar 9™ board of directors because we opposed a massive fee increase. 

To improve searchability for listings that are conditionally sold with a time clause condition, listing agents can now use the “time clause” feature to indicate the listing has a time clause offer.
