The results are in for the 2026 Board By-election.

Thank you to the 623 members who participated by casting their votes and to every candidate who put their name forward to help shape the future of our organization and the real estate profession.

Congratulations to the following members elected to serve on the CREB^® Board of Directors:

• Rick Campos, RE/MAX First, Director (newly elected)
• Julie Bowser, Realay, Director (newly elected) 

Terms of the successful candidates

The two board positions being filled became vacant following the resignation of directors whose terms would have expired in different years. As a result, the terms of the successful candidates in this by-election will end at different times. The term ending:

• Dec. 31, 2028 will be filled by Rick Campos, the candidate with the highest number of votes
• Dec. 31, 2026 will be filled by Julie Bowser, the candidate with the second-highest number of votes

The newly elected directors will begin serving members immediately and join the current members of the board: 

• Susanita de Diego, Coldwell Banker Mountain Central, Chair
• Matt McBean, CIR Realty, Chair-Elect
• Kurtis Bain, CIR Realty, Treasurer
• Bob Jablonski, RE/MAX First, Director
• Murray Scotton, Century 21 Masters, Director
• Shelagh Krause, RE/MAX Complete Realty, Director
• Marco De laco, Public Director

Immediately after the election, the names of all nominees and the election results, including the number of votes, will be published for seven days. After seven days, the names of the winning nominees will remain posted, along with the names of the Board Members, for the upcoming year.
