Being at the board table has been a remarkable experience. It has shown me the high standards of governance, the unwavering commitment to keeping members as the true “North Star” of every decision, and the values, ethics, and principles that guide this exceptional group of directors.
What has struck me most is the board’s passionate commitment to continuous improvement. Directors genuinely care about enhancing the member experience while upholding the highest standards of governance. This passion is shared and delivered everyday by the outstanding management team.
I leave with a new appreciation for CREB®’s purpose and its role as a trusted, industry-leading partner for REALTORS®. This organization’s commitment to equipping its members with the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional real estate experiences continues to position CREB® as a respected leader in the industry.
