This is a reminder that if you have not already enrolled in the new Matrix authentication system (Auth0) using a link that was emailed to you by Pillar 9™ earlier in March, you will be required to enroll the first time you log in to Matrix and/or CREB^®Link starting March 24 (see the instructions below). 

The link you were emailed was only valid for five days, so you cannot use it to change your password before March 24.

If you did enrol in Auth0 using the emailed link, you will be required to use the Auth0 password you selected to log in to Matrix and CREB^®Link starting March 24.

To enrol in Auth0 on March 24 or after:

1. Go to Matrix or CREB^®Link
2. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page
3. Follow the instructions

We encourage you to enroll in Auth0 as soon as possible on March 24 rather than waiting until you need access to Matrix or CREB^®Link. This will ensure that you have the tools and information you need, when you need them. You’ll also be ready to log in to CREB^®Link when voting for the CREB^® Board of Directors by-election opens at 3 p.m. on March 24.
