The Canadian Real Estate Association’s (CREA) Open Forum and Annual General Meeting will take place on Apr. 14, 2026, in Ottawa, Ontario. 

At the AGM, delegates from each board will vote on two recommendations: 

1. A recommendation to introduce a two per cent annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) to member dues beginning Jan. 1, 2027 

2. A recommendation to implement a $30 per member annual special assessment for two years (totaling $60) to rebuild the Legal Defense Fund.
