We’re reaching out to share an important update to the SentriKey^® Real Estate app that will take effect on February 2, 2026. This quarterly update ensures users are running the most secure and up-to-date version of the app, providing a more consistent and reliable experience. 

What to expect

• Agents will receive an in-app notification prompting them to update. 
• Starting February 2, 2026, users not on the required version must update the app to continue using it. 
  
Please note: This update does not require a device or operating system to upgrade. Members only need to update the app version, not their phone or operating system. 

What's included in version 5.116.0 

iOS fixes 

• Event logs now update correctly after using the Return Key feature. 
• Cancelled access attempts are now correctly updated in the event log. 
• The app reads only unread entries instead of the entire event log. 
• Event logs are read and updated when the shackle is released. 
 
Android fixes 

• All pages of the event log are read when a firmware update is required. 
• Token-writing process now verifies alignment with uploaded pages. 
• Empty firmware files no longer prevent event logs from uploading.
