Starting March 3, Pillar 9™ is integrating Auth0, an authentication and authorization platform, as part of their efforts to enhance security measures within its system.
You will receive an invite from support@pillarnine.com asking you to create a new password and enroll in multifactor authentication.
Further instructions will be sent in the coming weeks.
Please note: The Clareity login system will be replaced and REMapList™ will require Auth0 to log in starting March 17. Matrix, OnePlatform and CREB®Link will require it starting March 24.
For this reason, we encourage you to enroll before March 24. Thank you for your cooperation!
