Exemplify caring and humanity – not just in our membership, but for everyone.
Make outstanding contributions to real estate and to the community through volunteerism.
Have a minimum of five (5) years continuous membership with CREB®.
Have been involved at the board level (committee work for CREB®, AREA, REIX, and RECA are all considered).
Have past and/or present community involvement (all relevant volunteer work is considered).
Not be a previous REALTOR® OF THE YEAR - T.W.H. (Bill) Saunders Memorial Award winner.
Not be a CREB® President or Past President. (Two years must have elapsed since that person’s presidency in order for the nomination to be valid).

About the award

Thomas William Henry Saunders (1903 -1977), known to all as simply "Bill", was an outstanding CREB® member who inspired many with his professional excellence and contributions to the community. After his passing, the board of directors created an award in his memory to continue inspiring real estate professionals to be the best they can be, giving back to both the industry and the greater community.
