• Choose the right room—please avoid booking large rooms for solo use.
• Arrive a few minutes early to set up and test the technology. 
• Bring any chargers or adapters you may need. 
• Check in on the room tablet so your space is not released.

Campus etiquette essentials

• Meet your guests at the entrance and remain with them throughout their visit.
• Keep noise to a minimum — avoid speakerphone use and pacing while on calls. For privacy, use a quiet area or a phone booth.
• Come prepared by bringing a reusable water bottle or travel mug.
• Food is welcome—bring your own or order through Cubbi. If using delivery, please meet the driver at the door.
• Tidy up your space when you're finished.
• Dress professionally to maintain a business-ready atmosphere.
• Please leave pets at home — only service animals are permitted.
