On Sept. 17, T3 Sixty’s Katie Shotts will hold two sessions—one in-person at CREB® Campus and one online—to talk to members about various aspects of the CREB®-RAE merger exploration, including:
• Overview of the CREB®-RAE merger discussion process
• Progress update on merger exploration activities
• Discussion of the timeline moving forward
There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A period at the end of the discussion.
This is a chance for you to engage, provide input and be part of an important dialogue that could influence the direction of organized real estate in Alberta. Based on the findings of the working groups and feedback from members, the JSMC will be making a recommendation to the CREB® and RAE boards of directors on whether a merger would create enough value to put it to a vote by members.
In-person session
Time: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Date: September 17, 2026
Location: CREB® Campus, 300 Manning Road NE
Online session
Time: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Date: September 17, 2026
Location: Zoom

More information about the merger exploration
In July, we also called for applications from members to join working groups of CREB® and RAE members that will look into area that would be affected by a merger, from governance and bylaws to member services and value proposition, and report back to the Joint Merger Steering Committee (JMSC). Thanks to all the members who applied before the Aug. 4 deadline. Watch CREB®Talk for news about these working groups as members are selected for each.
