On Aug. 13, CREB® Board members, REALTORS® and staff spent the afternoon at Ronald McDonald House Alberta, helping prepare and serve dinner for families staying at the House.
Working alongside the House’s kitchen team, volunteers cooked, served dinner, cleaned up and packaged leftovers through the Home for Dinner program. By taking care of dinner, volunteers were able to give families one less thing to manage while they focus on caring for their child.
As a special addition to the volunteer day, volunteers presented Ronald McDonald House Alberta with a one-time $1,000 donation through the CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation to support the Home for Dinner program.
Powered by CREB® REALTORS®, the Foundation invests in housing and shelter-related solutions across Calgary and surrounding communities. Ronald McDonald House Alberta was a Legacy Grant recipient from 2022 to 2024, building on a longstanding connection between the Foundation and the organization.
