Proposed Bylaw Amendments
Your active involvement is essential in shaping the future of CREB®'s governance. By participating in the AGM, you have the opportunity to influence bylaw amendments.
This year, the proposed amendments include:
- 6.2 Election and Term: Extending the voting window from 24 hours to 72 hours
- 6.4 Composition of the Board: Increasing the brokerage representation limit from two to three
- 6.4 Composition of the Board: Increasing the franchise representation limit from three to four
- 2.4 Bylaw Amendment: A housekeeping change to update the reference to a position at Service Alberta
