Attention early-birds! We’re looking for 23 volunteers to help with the Candle Takedown at the Field of Crosses on Nov. 11, starting at 4:30 a.m., just prior to the sunrise ceremony. 

Volunteers will carefully remove the candles lit on Nov. 10, which burn through the night as a poignant tribute to our fallen heroes.

It’s a short but impactful contribution — and a chance to be part of something truly special.

The Field of Crosses Memorial Project honors more than 3,700 Southern Albertans who sacrificed their lives for our freedom, with crosses erected along Calgary’s Memorial Drive in a powerful display of remembrance.
