On Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, CREA’s Member Experience Centre moved its ticketing system from ServiceNow to Salesforce Service Console. The update was designed to improve user experience.
There is no expected downtime for members, and any open ServiceNow tickets will be migrated to the new platform.
How does this impact members?
The process to report an issue has slightly changed:
- For CREA products and services, continue to contact support@crea.ca and boardsupport@crea.ca.
- For REALTOR.ca products and services, contact support@realtor.ca and boardsupport@realtor.ca.
