The new neighbourhood insights include walk, transit and bike scores, nearby amenities, neighbourhood vibe and more. This information can enhance buyer consultations and listing presentations.
As for demographic insights, agents will have access to information such as a neighbourhood’s household income and family composition, education levels, languages spoken and more.
This data is provided by Local Logic, the same trusted provider that powers neighbourhood insights on REALTOR.ca. Local Logic refreshes data regularly using StatsCan and municipal open data sources.
