To help ensure a secure and consistent experience, SentriLock is updating its mobile app support policy effective Nov. 3, 2025.

As part of a new quarterly process, SentriLock will review adoption rates for all current versions of the SentriKey^® Real Estate app and set the newest version with at least 95 per cent adoption as the minimum required version. This review will occur every Jan. 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1.

For this cycle, the following versions will be required starting Nov. 3, 2025:

• iOS: 5.100.0

• Android: 5.97.1

Agents using older versions will receive an in-app prompt to update. After Nov. 3, users must update before continuing to use the app.

This change does not require a new device or operating system—only an app update.

Helpful tips:

• Turn on automatic app updates in your app settings.

• Keep apps current to prevent access disruptions.
