CREB® will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11 to commemorate Remembrance Day.
This closure extends to all of CREB®, including the Member Services Centre and CREB® Member Support. The Pillar 9 Help Desk will also be closed. CREB® will reopen on Wednesday, Nov. 12 with regular office hours.
Several events are taking place in the city to commemorate this important date, but those who are unable to attend ceremonies can still remember and honour the brave individuals who served Canada:
• Wear a poppy
• Pause for two minutes of silence at 11 a.m. on November 11.
• Listen to interviews with Veterans in the First World War Audio Archives.
• Read the poem In Flanders Fields and about Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae, who wrote it.
