Pillar 9™ is updating their login security on May 27 to include multi-factor authentication (MFA), so each login is evaluated in real time for potential risks.
When you log in, your risk will be assigned a score of either low, medium or high dependant on your login behavior.
If you are rated low risk, you will not need to provide additional login credentials. If you are rated medium or high risk, you will need to provide additional authentication such as an MFA code.
When you do get flagged for MFA, you will have the option to receive the code through text or email. Please ensure that your phone number and email are up-to-date in CREB® Link so the code is sent to the correct contact.
You can also choose to authenticate using biometrics if you are on a smartphone or tablet.
