Add 587-848-3241 to your phone contacts as the Member Practice Text Line! While this line is exclusively for text messages, our regular phone number (403-781-1336) is still available for calls.

Why use the text line?

Here’s what you can do with our new service:

• Send photos, GIFs, and emojis: Need to share an image to clarify a question? No problem!
• Share documents: Easily attach PDFs or JPEGs to your messages.
• Share links: Include website links to ensure we’re on the same page.

When can you text?

The text line is open during business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• If you message us outside these hours, you’ll receive an automatic response, and we’ll follow up the next business day.

What can you ask about?

Use the SMS service for any practice-related questions—just as you would with phone calls or emails. Whether you need quick clarifications or assistance, we’re here to help.

• Do not call this number: It’s a text-only line. For calls, please use 403-781-1336.
• Listing-specific instructions: For changes like terminated or withdrawn listings or to update listing details, please call or email us at compliance@creb.ca with the necessary information.
