As Chestermere continues to grow, so do its number of subdivisions! This impacts saved searches/auto emails for your clients, and listing information. Keep reading for your pro tips! 

The list below are the new subdivisions that will be added to Matrix™ on June 10.

• Bridgeport
• Chestermere Estates
• Clearwater Park
• East Acreages
• East Lakeview Shores
• Estates of Chestermere
• Kinniburgh South
• Lake Ere Estates
• Marina Paradise
• North Acreages
• Paradise Meadow
• Waterford
• Waterford Estates
• West Chestermere Drive Area
• Westmere Commercial

The following existing subdivisions will be renamed:

• Kinniburgh is now Kinniburgh North
• Chelsea CH is now Chelsea

All listings that have been map pinned in the areas defined as either Kinniburgh North or Kinniburgh South will have the subdivision automatically updated on the listing. No other listings will be moved automatically.

Listing Agents
Have a listing in Chestermere? Members are encouraged to review their listings if the seller’s property is in one of the new subdivisions to boost listing visibility and match buyer search criteria.

Buyer Agents
Any members who have a saved search/auto email with Kinniburgh may want to add Kinniburgh South to the search – Kinniburgh North will automatically replace the former Kinniburgh and will remain in the searches. Make sure any new communities the client might be interested in have been added to their saved search!
