This June, we recognize the importance of the physical health and well-being of men. This is also an opportunity to encourage men to take action to improve their overall health.
This year's theme for Canadian Men's Health Month is "Never Alone," which highlights how important it is for men across Canada to get the right tools and support to build better mental health.
The Canadian Men's Health Foundation is offering:
