In Q1 and Q2 of 2025, we
• received 11 complaints
• started three investigations
• held four hearings regarding ethical violations
• held one hearing to determine commission entitlement.
What is the PSAT?
Members appointed to the PSAT will participate in our administrative justice process to support CREB®’s focus on enhancing professional standards and promoting professional competence. PSAT members work with the Member Practice department to uphold industry professional standards.
What does the PSAT do?
PSAT members investigate complaints brought forward by CREB® and CREB® members related to CREB® Rules, Bylaws, and the REALTOR® Code.
They also participate in hearings and arbitration panels to decide if a member violated a rule, bylaw or code and determine what, if any, penalties or awards are appropriate.
How can I get involved?
Applications for the 2026 PSAT will be accepted up to and including Jan. 4, 2026. We invite CREB® members who have a passion for the industry and who want to improve the professional image of REALTORS® to apply!
