Nominations are now open for CREA's Association Executive Network (AEN) Award of Excellence — an honour celebrating professionalism, leadership and service within the REALTOR^® association community.

Created in 1989 to recognize the legacy of former CREB^® Executive Vice-President Frank Johns, the award is presented annually to an Association Executive who demonstrates exceptional commitment to the industry.

Senior staff members of any REALTOR^® board or association in good standing with the AEN are eligible, and nominees may be at any stage of their career.

Deadline to nominate: Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026

Award presentation: CREA Annual General Meeting — Tuesday, April 14, 2026

Includes a $5,000 charitable donation to the recipient’s charity of choice, sponsored by CREA’s REAL TIME podcast.
