In the New Year when members review their January statements, they will find that 2026 is the thirteenth consecutive year that their CREB^® dues haven’t gone up.

“CREB^® hasn’t increased annual dues since 2013 and I’m very pleased to announce that we are not increasing them for 2026,” says Alan Tennant, President and CEO of CREB^®. “We know that the cost of doing business has been increasing for our members. By managing CREB^® funds responsibly and continuously looking for ways to keep our costs down—while providing as much value to members as possible—we have once again been able to hold the line on our dues.”

Members will see CREB^®‘s 2026 annual dues on their January statements, which are posted in early February, with the full amount due Friday, Feb. 27 at noon. These dues cover the membership period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026. Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) annual dues, which CREB^® collects, will be on the February statements that are posted in March.
