REALTOR® safety is not just about personal protection—it’s essential to maintaining confidence, professionalism, and long-term mental well-being in the field. REALTORS® often work alone, in unfamiliar locations, and with new clients—making proactive safety measures non-negotiable.
A commitment to safety involves more than protecting your physical well-being. It includes embracing practices to develop mental resilience and strengthen your digital security. From conducting consistent client risk assessments and using tools like the my-eforce safety app, to recognizing emotional burnout and staying current on anti-money laundering (AML) red flags, today’s REALTOR® needs a 360° approach to safety.
Whether you’re navigating showings, managing challenging client relations, or spotting suspicious transactions, safety is a shared responsibility—one that brokerages, teams, and individuals must champion together.
