Due to recent suspicious login attempts in Matrix in several boards across North America, Cotality (CoreLogic) requires all Matrix users, including Pillar 9™ users, to reset their Matrix password.

This will be done one board at a time, and CREB^® members are required to change passwords from August 18 to 21, with each day assigned to a different alphabetical group. 

You will be notified which day you’re required to change your password via email.

The mandatory password reset will begin at 9 a.m. each day and will be in effect until you have changed your password. 

As part of this process, you may be required to complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA). To ensure the process is seamless, you should check that the email address and phone number in your profile are up to date before you change your password.

Please note: If you changed your password after July 21, you don’t need to take action.

Thanks to Pillar 9™’s sign-on solution and MFA setup, your Matrix account remains secure. However, password resets across North America will help protect all Matrix users from cybercrime.
