Have a client who’s moving to or need access to a Lockbox in Central Alberta? If so, you’ll need to request access to the Central Alberta REALTOR® Association (CARA) key management system.
Here are a few simple steps to gain access:
Option one:
- You can work with the listing agent to grant you quick access to the property at no cost, or
Option two:
- Fill in the Non-Member Access agreement form and send it back to CARA by email at cvirtucio@carassociation.ca (app will not be activated until payment has been processed) – PDF
- If you are accessing Supra lockboxes for the first time as a non-member – Video | PDF
- If you are accessing Supra lockboxes as a returning non-member – Video | PDF
Please be advised that the Co-op key agreement forms must be submitted to CARA’s office 24 hours in advance, no later than 3 p.m., to ensure activation the following day. If the forms are not submitted with sufficient time, the activation will not occur for two days.
