CREB^® offers a series of five commercial courses annually for CREB® members looking to get into commercial real estate.

Below are the 2023 tentative dates for the CREB^® commercial course series:

• Retail and office leasing - Feb. 28 (COMPLETE)
• Investment analysis - April 19
• Taxation and financing - June 6
• Industrial real estate - Sept. 27
• Land use and development - Nov. 28

Cost: 

The price for each commercial course is $99 + GST for CREB^® members and $149 + GST for non-members.
