CREB Annual Dues

Feb 8, 2023

Statements are out

By CREB®

Check your January statement for your CREB® annual dues invoice.

The statements were emailed to all CREB® members on Feb. 8, 2023, and include your annual dues invoice for 2023. They can also be accessed via your CREB®Link profile.

CREB® annual dues are to be paid by noon on Tuesday, Feb. 28

If you are enrolled in automatic payments, credit cards will be processed on Feb. 22, and bank withdrawals will be processed on Feb. 27. If you are paying online, please pay your balance a few days early to ensure the payment is received before the deadline.

Auto-pay

Auto-pay is the easiest way to ensure your dues are paid in full by the deadline using a credit card or chequing account. To sign up, simply head to the “My Account” page on CREB®Link and choose whether you’d prefer automatic debit or credit card withdrawals.

Additional payment options:

  • Through your My Account profile on CREB®Link.
  • Over the phone at 403-263-0530 or in-person at the Member Services Centre at CREB®.

Changes to AREA annual dues collection

In the past, CREB® billed and collected dues for the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA); however, in 2023, AREA will be managing its own dues billing and collection. If you are enrolled in auto-pay, you still need to manually pay your AREA dues. Keep an eye out for communications from AREA with more information about their dues collection process.

For more information on the 2023 annual dues structure, visit CREB®Link or view the brochure.

If you have additional questions about CREB®’s annual dues, please contact Member Support at 403-781-1379 or support@creb.ca.
