We can all think of a time when we found ourselves in a disagreement with a coworker, client or manager and didn’t know how to best handle it. 

Workplace Fairness West is hosting a half-day workshop at CREB^® to help you transform your working relationships, improve your communication skills, and navigate any future conflict. They bring a high-level of expertise in workplace conflict resolution and restoration of a healthy workplace. This course is offered to CREB^® members and non-members.

Date: Thursday, Sept. 14 | Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This workshop will help you identify conflict, understand different levels of conflict, manage resistance or other difficult behaviours, learn how to be more direct in communicating, and explore a format for collaborative discussions. Examples and case studies will be used, as well as working in groups and pairs to practice what is learned.
