Leadership 200: Becoming a leader
When you sign up for Leadership 200, you will learn about providing good governance, participating effectively in meetings, and building consensus as you get more involved in association leadership.

Leadership 300: Enhancing leadership skills
Leadership 300 will strengthen your executive leadership skills so that you can work effectively. This interactive learning experience will help you chair meetings, answer tough questions and advance strategic plans.

Course prerequisites: Leadership 100 and Leadership 200

As per Board Composition Policy 1.1.1, Leadership 100, 200, 300 are a prerequisite for any member who wishes to run for seat on the Board of Directors.
Members who have not taken Leadership 100 can complete the course for free online through CREA's website here.
