This course provides an introduction into the specialty area of industrial leasing and sales. Tailored for the Calgary market, participants will gain an understanding of the industrial real estate market as well as special knowledge required in order to be successful in this specialty area. Participants will also be introduced to various documents (e.g., Letter of Intent, Offer to Lease, Lease Agreement, etc.) through a combination of theory, class exercises, and case studies. At the end of the course, participants will have a basic working knowledge of industrial real estate transaction.
