Of the 12,042 new CREB^® listings in Q3, CREB^® Member Practice reviewed 8,460 potential violations.

The CREB^® Rules have been updated to outline a recent change in required reporting of some conditionally sold properties.

It is important that REALTORS^® follow and properly document seller’s showing instructions to assist in a smooth showing process for buyers and sellers.
