The deadline for Alberta REALTORS® to complete their AREA mandatory course is Jan. 31, 2023.
Please complete one of the following options before the deadline:
- FINTRAC Mandatory Course 2022, which has been added to your AREA member account. Click here to login to your member account using your member board credentials; or
- Apply a third-party course equivalent from an outside provider to meet the AREA mandatory course requirements. Click here for more details.

- If you forget your AREA member username or password, contact support@creb.ca.
- If you must exit the course before it’s complete, use the "Return to LMS" button to save your progress.

Please note, if you do not complete the mandatory course by Jan. 31, 2023, your access to Pillar 9™ services, including the MLS® System, will be suspended as of Feb. 1, 2023.
