Don’t miss your opportunity to take CREA’s Leadership 200 and 300 courses in-person this January at the Banff Western Connection!
The National Leadership Program (NLP) is designed to build stronger leaders by ensuring they have:
- Sound industry knowledge;
- An understanding of association governance; and
- The right leadership knowledge and tools to lead.
Please be reminded, as per Bylaw 6.5c and Board Composition Policy 1.1.1, Leadership 100, 200, 300 are prerequisites for any member who wishes to run for a seat on CREB®’s Board of Directors.
Leadership 100 is available for free online at the CREA Training Hub and must be completed prior to attending the Leadership 200 and 300 courses.
Leadership 200: Becoming a leader
Becoming a Leader will accelerate your leadership development with tools and techniques that give you the ability to see the big picture. You’ll learn about providing good governance, participating effectively in meetings, and building consensus as you get more involved in association leadership.

Leadership 300: Enhancing leadership skills
Enhancing Leadership Skills will strengthen your executive leadership skills so that you can work effectively. This interactive learning experience will help you chair meetings, answer tough questions and advance strategic plans.
