The results are in!

Register to attend CREB®’s 2022 Annual General Meetings online on April 21 to hear the CREB® Member Satisfaction Survey results first-hand.

We saw a 29 per cent response rate, with 1,628 members completing the survey. According to independent research firm Framework Analytics, this is a strong sample size, and we can be confident in the following results:

  • Member satisfaction is 76 per cent (measured by members indication that they are either satisfied or very satisfied with CREB® in general).
  • Member satisfaction has increased by a staggering six per cent since 2020.
  • Member engagement satisfaction has increased in all categories:
    • CREB® provides high-quality services (an increase of 3 per cent since 2020).
    • My CREB® membership is valuable (an increase of 2 per cent since 2020).
    • CREB® is committed to serving my needs (an increase of 3 per cent since 2020).
    • CREB® understands my needs (an increase of three per cent since 2020).
    • I feel that I am important to CREB® (an increase of six per cent since 2020).
