Maximize your Matrix™ skills with this course as it takes you through the entire process involved to prepare a comparative market analysis for your clients.
In this webinar you will:
- Explore the benefits of a CMA and how best to use them in your real estate business
- Prepare carts in Matrix™ with comparable properties needed for completing the CMA
- Analyze basic property valuation and adjustment techniques for CMA
- Examine the characteristics of value and the forces that influence property value
- Complete a CMA report using all the steps in the wizard and quick CMA tool in Matrix™
- Apply best practice tips when creating and using the CMA

Certified Condominium Specialist (in person at CREB®)
Date: Mon, Tue, Wed, July 25, 26, 27 | Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This three-day course will cover aspects of buying and selling re-sale, conversion, and new condominiums. It is an accredited course, and once completed, you will be a “Certified Condominium Specialist”.
This course includes three main sections:
SECTION 1 - Condominium Act and regulations; condo plans
SECTION 2 - Search aspects of registered documents and required condo documents
SECTION 3 - Hands-on aspects regarding listing and purchase contracts
Cost: $299 + GST for CREB® members and $399 + GST for non-members
