Ensure that your lockbox is easy to locate and improve the showing experience for your colleagues by following these REALTips.
1. Configure ShowingTime™
ShowingTime™ includes the option to add access information. By including the lockbox serial number and location in the access information box, you will ensure that the showing agent can easily locate the lockbox. The lockbox serial number can also be communicated through additional instructions.
2. Assign your lockbox
SentriKey® allows you to assign your lockbox to a listing or a specific address. By assigning your lockbox, it will stand out in the list of nearby properties, making it easy for the showing agent to identity the correct lockbox on the first try.
