This course covers three main sections:
- Condominium Act and regulations and condo plans.
- Search aspects of registered documents and required condo documents.
- Hands-on aspects regarding listing and purchase contracts.
Please note, completion of the eLearning Condo Basics course is required before day 1 of the CCS course. This online course takes about 3 - 4 hours to complete and can be completed in intervals if needed.
