Leadership 200: Becoming a leader
Accelerate your leadership development with tools and techniques that give you the ability to see the big picture. You'll learn about providing good governance, participating effectively in meetings, and building consensus as you get more involved in association leadership.

Course prerequisite: Leadership 100
Leadership 300: Enhancing leadership skills
Strengthen your executive leadership skills so you can work more effectively. This interactive learning experience will help you chair meetings, answer tough questions and advance strategic plans.

Fee: Free for CREB® members
Course prerequisites: Leadership 100 and Leadership 200
Please note, CREA's Leadership courses have mandatory prerequisites to ensure REALTORS® successfully complete each course and must be taken in the order mandated by CREA.
Members who have not taken Leadership 100 can complete the course for free online through CREA's website here.
